5.Description and function

1.Hydraulic decoiler

Function: When the coil is coming ,put the coil on the decoiler ,start to open the decoiler, it will forward

manually

2. Width adjuster

Function: Use two side vertical rolling device to lead the coil feed into

slitter. Front leading roller makes the feeding more accurately.

3.Slitter

Function: Slitter combination can be changed according to strip width.

AC-motor drive can clockwise and anti-clockwise

A. Cutter shaft adjustment: Down cutter shaft is fixed, upper cutter is

B. Cutter shaft tightening: Use double nut to tighten both Cutter shaft
